1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Major manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video or photos required as proof
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging with tags

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color difference due to lighting/screens
  • Slight weaving irregularities (handloom nature)
  • Late return requests
  • Used or washed sarees

4. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved and received:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–15 working days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • COD orders may receive refund via bank transfer or store credit

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, customers can opt for:

  • Product replacement (same design, subject to stock)
  • Exchange with another saree (price difference applicable)

6. Damaged Parcel Policy

If parcel is visibly damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately
  • Do not accept heavily damaged packages without proof
  • Claims without video proof may not be accepted

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be:
    • Covered by us (if our mistake)
    • Paid by customer (if exchange request)

If refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank/payment provider first
